Billing & account

Invoices, payments and renewals.

Find your invoices, understand payment statuses, save a PDF and manage your renewal preference.

Find an invoice

Sign in and open Invoices from the dashboard sidebar. Select an invoice to see its number, status, line items and total in SGD. The list contains invoices for your own account.

An initial invoice is created when you start an order. It can appear before payment has been completed. Successful renewal payments also have an invoice, so you can keep a record for each billing period.

Understand the status

Unpaid

Payment has not yet been recorded for this invoice. For an initial order, use the payment action shown on the invoice or order page to continue checkout. Check the total and billing period before paying.

Paid

Payment has been recorded. The invoice becomes your record of the completed payment. Provisioning or service reconciliation may still be in progress; use the order or server page to check that separately.

Void

The invoice is no longer payable. For example, an initial order left unpaid for 24 hours is automatically cancelled and its unpaid invoice is voided. To proceed after cancellation, create a new order.

Print or download a copy

Open the invoice and use the print action. Your browser's print dialog lets you choose a printer or Save as PDF. The available wording depends on your browser and device.

Where a Stripe invoice download is available, you can also use its download action. Keep the invoice number with any payment-related support request so the team can identify the record.

Manage renewal

Open Billing to review your subscription and renewal preference. Auto-renew continues according to your selected billing period until you turn renewal off.

Turning renewal off is different from receiving a refund. Check the service's paid period and the renewal status shown in your dashboard before making changes.

If a payment needs attention

Review the invoice and the payment notification, then open Billing to manage your payment method. Do not assume that an attempted payment has succeeded until the invoice is marked Paid.

If your bank shows a payment but the invoice remains unpaid, open a billing support ticket. Include the invoice number, payment time and the message shown in your dashboard. Do not make repeated payments simply to force the status to change.
